I actually found Burberry so charming! My favourite of theirs since fall 10. As I was watching the stream I actually found myself wanting a lot of the pieces; I think I just fell in love with the whole carefree 60’s vibe. I might be in the minority but I loved each pop of colour; the styling was fab. That cocoon arm, cropped waist shape is straight outta Prada spring 11 and a lot of the gathering reminded me of Burberry’s spring 08 collection, especially along with the metallics (good thing). I don’t recall them ever having done red lips before, which looked rad. Liu and Jourdan were literally flawless, and even though I’m suffering from major overexposure of her - Cara was amazing and her walk reminds me a lot of Stam’s. On the whole: a fun, clean, traditional-yet-refreshing show.
